📊 Qeap Dashboard Guide: Track Your Progress, Action Score, and Time Left

The Qeap Dashboard gives you a clear view of your progress and productivity. Track your overall and weekly Action Scores, review your performance trends with the Action Score chart, and stay on target with time remaining and your commitment statement — all in one place.

The Dashboard is your command center in Qeap — the place where you can quickly see your progress, stay motivated, and make sure you’re on track to hit your goals.

🗺 How to Get There

From any screen in the Qeap app, tap the Dashboard icon 📊 in the top left corner. This will open your personal performance view.

📈 What You’ll See

1. Your Progress at a Glance

  • Instantly see how you’re doing in your Qeap.
  • Includes Overall Action Score and This Week’s Action Score so you can compare long-term consistency with your current pace.

2. Action Score Chart

  • Visualizes your trend over the weeks in your Qeap.
  • See whether you’re improving, maintaining, or slowing down.
  • Tip: Tap and drag on the Action Score chart to view details for each week — including your exact Action Score, how many tasks you committed to, and how many you completed.

3. ⏳ Time Left Indicator

  • Located at the bottom of the Dashboard.
  • Shows what week and day you’re on in your 13-week Qeap.
  • Works like a compass for your journey — helping you stay engaged and aware of the time you have left.
  • Builds a sense of urgency so you can push for progress before the clock runs out.

4. Commitment Statement

  • Displays a portion of the statement you wrote when starting your Qeap.
  • Serves as a daily reminder of why you’re doing this.
  • Tap it to read your full Commitment Statement anytime you need a motivation boost.
