The Action Score is the heartbeat of your Qeap. It shows how well you’re following through on your planned actions—real execution, not just activity—so you can see steady progress toward your goals.

🧮 How it’s calculated

Action Score = (Completed Actions ÷ Planned Actions) × 100

Example: If you planned 15 tasks and completed 10, your score is (10 ÷ 15) × 100 = 66.7%.

📊 Two types of Action Score

Weekly Action Score

  • Measures how well you executed this week’s plan.
  • Resets every week and works like a live scoreboard so you can adjust in real time.

Overall Action Score

  • Your average execution across all weeks so far in this Qeap.
  • Reveals your long‑term consistency and momentum trend.

Like sports, when you keep score, the intensity rises. These two scores keep focus high and commitment strong.

🎯 Why it matters (what you gain by tracking)

  • Clarity: Know exactly how much of your plan you’re finishing.
  • Focus: Prioritize tasks that truly move your goals forward.
  • Accountability: Numbers don’t lie—see discipline in action.
  • Motivation: Small wins stack; rising scores fuel momentum.
  • Early warnings: A dip this week lets you course‑correct fast.
  • Celebration cues: High scores = time to recognize progress.

Targets to aim for

  • 95%+ — Elite execution
  • 80–94% — Consistent, reliable progress
  • ⚠️ < 80% — Pause and adjust your plan or approach

🔄 How to improve your Action Score

  • Break it down: Split large tasks into smaller, finishable steps.
  • Protect focus: Use 90‑minute focus blocks; silence pings and chats.
  • Prioritize impact: Apply the 80/20 rule—do what moves the needle.
  • Tighten scope: If a task is too big for one week, reduce or delegate.
  • Revisit your why: Strong reasons drive consistent action.
  • Finish what you plan: Plan fewer items if needed, then complete them.

✅ The takeaway

Your Action Score is your progress bar. Keep your weekly score ≥ 80% and push your overall score upward over time. What you measure, you improve—and that’s how you turn ambition into results.
