👥 Qeap Buddies – Stay Accountable Together

Qeap Buddies help you stay motivated and on track by connecting you with friends or peers on their own 13-week journey. You can add as many buddies as you want, send nudges for encouragement, and receive nudges when it’s your turn to push harder — all while keeping your personal details private.

🔍 What Your Buddy Can See

Your buddies can view:

• Overall Action Score and Weekly Action Score
• Which week you’re currently on
• Last task done and last time you opened the app

They cannot see your goals, tasks, or any other personal details.

➕ How to Add a Qeap Buddy

1. Go to the Qeap Buddies section in the app.
2. Tap Add Buddy (or the “+” icon).
3. Enter your buddy’s email address linked to their Qeap account.
4. Send the invite — your buddy will receive a request to accept or decline.

🗑 How to Remove a Qeap Buddy

1. Open Qeap Buddies.
2. Find the buddy you want to remove.
3. Tap the More Options (⋯) or settings icon next to their name.
4. Select Remove Buddy and confirm.

✅ How to Accept a Buddy Request

1. In Qeap Buddies, go to Requests Received.
2. Tap Accept to connect.
3. Your new buddy will now appear in your buddy list.

📩 How to Nudge a Buddy

1. Go to Qeap Buddies.
2. Tap the nudge icon next to your buddy’s name.
3. Send a quick, friendly push to encourage action.

❌ How to Dismiss a Nudge

1. Tap the Dismiss or “X” icon on the nudge.
2. Nudges disappear from your view instantly.

💡 Note: Nudges automatically expire after 24 hours, even if you don’t dismiss them.

Use nudges thoughtfully — they’re most effective when used to celebrate wins, encourage focus, or push toward a key milestone.
